The Gold series are bright, crisp and clean without sounding harsh or brittle. They fuse the warmth of handmade cymbals with the power, projection, and durability needed in higher volume settings. Gold series are heavier than other Bosphorus series and have a buffed brilliant finish. Weight and finish optimise Gold series for power and projection; hand hammering gives warmth and musicality.

Rides 20" and 22" offer a pronounced ping sound. Crashes 16", 17" 18" are available in Fast and Power weights. Fast crashes are lighter and open quickly while Power crashes are slower to respond and have a higher pitch, more volume and a longer decay. Gold series hi-hats are weighted for higher volume settings. Stick articulation is very clean with a cutting chick sound and a bright splash.
